GENERAL ORDER NO. 3-A

Sub-paragraph 1 of the second paragraph of the dispositive portion of General Order No. 3, dated September 22, 1972, is hereby amended to read as follows:

Those involving the validity, legality, or constitutionality of Proclamation No. 1081, dated September 21, 1972, or of any decree, order or acts issued, promulgated or performed by me or by my duly designated representative pursuant thereto.
